You bring in the expertise and rhythm that fit the current phase, without recruitment, employer costs or a permanent senior position.

Flexible intensitySupport scales with complexity, pace and key decisions.
Lower fixed costsSenior expertise without immediately hiring a full-time CFO.

When daily financial leadership becomes a permanent need, an in-house hire may ultimately be the better choice.

More than finance

Not only figures. Decisions, structure and execution too.

We look at cash flow, profit, forecasts and KPIs, as well as responsibilities, processes, scalability and business value.

Growth Partner supports sole traders, partnerships and SMEs. The challenge and desired development matter more than the industry.

How the collaboration works

A monthly rhythm that turns information into decisions.

Each package combines preparation, analysis, discussion and follow-up. The sessions are only the visible part of the work. Before a meeting, figures and dashboards are reviewed; afterwards, priorities and decisions are monitored. This prevents financial management from becoming a monthly explanation of the past.

The right package depends on complexity, pace, number of decision-makers and the extent to which finance, strategy and organisation are intertwined. Revenue and employee count are useful indicators, not rigid admission criteria. A sole trader with a complex investment decision may need more depth than a larger company with stable processes.

What a Growth Partner does alongside your accountant

Your accountant or bookkeeper remains essential for reliable records, reporting and compliance. Growth Partner uses that foundation to look forward: cash-flow forecasts, margins, scenarios, KPIs, responsibilities and the financial impact of growth decisions.

This also makes the role broader than a traditional finance assignment. If a margin problem originates in pricing, capacity planning or unclear ownership, the solution cannot remain inside a spreadsheet. Financial insight is connected to the organisational action required.

Alongside your finance team

Additional expertise without replacing existing roles.

Even with a controller, finance manager or CFO, a business may temporarily need extra capacity or an independent perspective during growth, investment, restructuring or succession.

Mylène works alongside the existing team, clarifying scenarios and financial consequences and connecting analysis to decisions and delivery.
